this machine is suitable for sawing and blanking of various aluminum profiles, copper materials and non-metallic materials. it delivers smooth, burr-free cut surfaces. the concealed saw blade adopts rear-to-front cutting design for high safety and superior cutting precision.

the two saw heads can operate independently or synchronously. when working together, it can finish length cutting and angle machining on both ends of profiles in one pass. the dual saw heads can adjust angles automatically to cut profiles at 45° and 90°, with 67.5° cutting available as an optional function.
it supports inline sawing and can connect to upper-level data acquisition systems such as mes and other master control systems. the equipment can also achieve seamless docking with aluminum extrusion machines. equipped with full-power feed rollers for automatic feeding and accurate positioning during inline operation.
